Horrible place for stay.dirty bedrooms bed sheets were filled with dust , too much bad smell of cigarettes. water bottles are not seal packed , no hot water available for bath,never take this hotel…worst hotel

If you want to spoil your night, take this hotel..so dirty, bedsheets are used n having marks of food eaten on it...dirty gutter smell in wahrooms...dirty lift.. n above all...bad behaviour of staff... never take this hotel

I was allotted room number 311, which was a corner room. unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. the toilet seat cover in the washroom was broken, and the room was much smaller than what was depicted on the website. additionally, there was no hot water, the water flow from the tap was very weak, and the room had a persistent unpleasant smell. overall, my stay was below average, and the facilities did not meet expectations.

All photos are fake washrooms were broken and not replaced very poor maintenance not recommended as price of the room dining area is not available only poha is available for breakfast water bottel are not seal pack

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
