"Least communication regarding services. We were told that 2 single bed room was available at rhe time of booking. On going to hotel we were told they were never vacant. As our fares were non refundable after check in we were stuck for rest for our bookinsg. One of the stayee checked out in 36 hours and other on 4th day. Breakast adoon money was not refunded for anybof the stayee. Would avoid booking again."

"We visited Bangalore it was an official trip. I went there along with my wife in the month of June 2017. We took a cab to reach the hotel from Airport. It is a 1hr journey from the airport to hotel. We had called the staff regarding pick-up facility. They said it is not available. The best way to reach is by cab. The location is well placed as there was an event conducted in that hotel. So whatever things required we would get it from the market nearby. There were food outlet like Dominoz. Other travelers will find it convenient as the markets are nearby. Even bus and cab are available near to the hotel. The appearance is fine. The exterior looks were good. However the interior was not matching with the exterior. When we look from outside we think the hotel looks good. But when we go inside the interior looks are not that good. The front office was average. They do not have any idea who is checking-in and who is checking-out. They are not aware of anything. They do not bother who is coming in and who is going out. It seems like reception area is there in the parking lot in the basement area. The service was terrible. It was sunny outside. When we ordered for water we would get it after 2 hours. There was no cold water. There was a lot of delay in any service. Moreover we had the language problem. The staff did not know Hindi or English. It was difficult to deal with them. The room is quite good. We booked AC deluxe room. The room has the balcony with AC. Even the interior decorations are good. We did not get some of the basic things like shampoo and towel. They are saying that a person has gone for a laundry service. He will come and provide the necessary things. This is the problem we face with service. We did not have food here in this hotel. There is restaurant facility inside the hotel. But we did not have it there. I will suggest they can have food here it totally depends on them. As I did not have it here. There is lift facility. There was an event conducted by the place where I work. We were in that event. I will suggest this hotel to other travelers. If they are going with family. It is not good. If they are going on business purpose then it is fine. They can improve on reception area and service department. They should understand English and Hindi very well. So there is no misunderstanding."

"We visited Bangalore it was an official trip. I went there along with my colleagues in the month of June 2017. I reached the place by taxi. I have no idea about the distance between railway station and the hotel. The best way to reach the place is by taxi. They did not arrange for taxi if we wanted to go to other places. The location is average. It is difficult to find the hotel. The appearance is alright. The appearance could have been better. By changing the building color It appeared old. There is lift facility. There is no travel desk like no pick-up and drop facility for the travelers. The front office cooperated with us very well. The reception area was bad. The service staff responded with us very well. . We booked deluxe room. It was clean and tidy. It was well maintained. We had food in the hotels restaurant. We got complimentary breakfast. It was tasty and delicious. There were no special dishes. I will suggest other travelers to have idli. . There were no activities conducted by the hotel. I will definitely suggest this hotel to other travelers as well. I will suggest the hotelier to provide cab facilities for travelers. And for improvements they have to increase room quality they have to give prompt response. They should not delay in serving our requests. As we stayed for longer period of time. The staff should clean the rooms everyday. They should change the mattress. After I complained they used to clean. There is no facility for drinks. We should ask for the service staff they charge for the service. The hotel is in the cross roads there communication is difficult. People do not know the language. On a particular day I asked for non-veg food. They said it is not available. But then the service staff took cash from me and got the food. It is not convenient as I am staying there and I should ask the staff to get food from outside."

"On a business trip with the family I visited Bangalore in June 2017. We reserved our stay in Fab Hotel RMV through online in Make my trip. Bangalore was average. The location of the hotel was very poor. The actual location of the hotel was in Matekere not in Yeshwantpur. We reached the hotel by auto. Travel desk was not there in the hotel. There was no parking facility in the hotel. The overall appearance of the hotel was good. The front desk of the hotel was average. Overall service of the hotel was good. The room we reserved was very clean and good. AC was so effective and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and there was no water problem. The service in the hotel was excellent when we requested for water at 11 in the night they provided immediately when tube light in the room was spoiled we requested them they came in time and resolved our issue. There was cleaning of the room on regular basis changing the blankets and towels which made us very comfortable with everything. The food in the hotel was good we had complimentary breakfast other meals we had outside of the hotel. The quality of the food was tasty and rich in quality. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and cooperative and they guided us to the places how to reach where we have to go. All the 3daysof our stay their service was satisfied. Lift facility was provided. I suggest to the hotelier to provide hot water or geaser in the rooms. We are planning to visit this hotel in future. Everything in the hotel was perfect."

Myself, my wife, mother and my younger daughter occupied this rooms and later in the night, my elder daughter from Mysore too joined us. The hotel was undergoing renovation, which should have been foretold.This caused a lot of disturbance, during day time. More over there was no proper room service, even for tea/coffee. Myself and my wife got black tea but my mother and daughter waited all the time for their cup of tea which never arrived,citing reason as renovation. For breakfast, I am sure the staff had brought things[Just Thatta Idli n Vada] from some outside eatery and served in a ramshackle place, where kitchen equipments and other things were spread around in disorderly manner. For a change of bulb it took hours, because the staff was cleaning the rooms. After all this when I went for settlement for the extras[I had prepaid for my stay in full for the two double rooms] I was told that the credit card machine was not working and I had to persuade the staff to make effect the payment through the EDC machine. Though I checked out in the evening of 31st July, I think I was charged for the extra mattress in one of the rooms for 2 nights!!! "Worst stay in my life. Front office person didn't even bother to attend us and was busy with his phone for 10 mins. Once we checked in they gave one room with queen size bed and other with two single beds where we actually request two queen sizes. He refused saying there are no rooms available even though we booked well in advance. He was not even bothered to listen any further and demanded to pay the full payment during the check in. I have pain the advance through and MMT and said about paying during checkout. He was so arrogant and demanded right away. I wanted to pay by card which he refused to take ad demanded cash. We reached the hotel at 8 pm after 8 hours travel from Chennai. I requested him I will pay by morning but he did not agree to that and had to walk to the nearest atm to withdraw cash and give him. To my horror the room I was staying had a broken power outlet next to the bed which was covered with the pillow when I asked hotels response was please adjust as the previous guest had broken and it will be safe. I was so much fuming and irritated I vacated the room early morning by 6 am itself and stayed in a different hotel. I was not using MMT as I don't have trust any more. From now on I will never go on by ads given in the TV as MMT assured or by looking on its website. Worst service ever I received."

The appearance of the hotel was well maintained. I went by flight and from the Airport I have hired a taxi and it was about 45 minutes of travel distance from the Airport. The local transportation facility was very convenient in this location. The Front Office staffs were cooperative. The service of the hotel was polite and the housekeeping service was on time. There was a travel desk facility in this hotel. Hence I have not used any cab in this hotel as the transportation facility was arranged by our college internship. I have booked a deluxe room. The room was well arranged and it was comfortable. The room basic amenities were in good condition. There was a slab below the TV and it was quite attractive. The bed and the blankets were comfortable. I have got the top 4th Floor room and it was the windy atmosphere I really liked the ambient. The food service was up to the mark. There was a complimentary breakfast was provided to me. Though there was a heater the food was getting cold very soon. Especially Dosa Poori and the other foods were not good if its cold. There were no activities in this hotel."

"hotel offered 'pay at hotel' therefore booked online. then continuously nagging SMS for advance payment, inspite of conveying clearly to hotel that advance payment cannot be made, still these messages keep coming, really a nuissance. Either keep a policy of pay at hotel or advance payment. after giving option of pay at hotel then demanding advance payment is really cheap tactics. Also the staff at hotel was insisting on cash payment even when it is known how difficult it to get cash post demonetisation. operations should get more professional. housekeeping was poor, cleaning was done only on day of check in, thehn not done for next 3 days. limited breakfast options given, not comparable to similar priced hotels. no chair in the room. no staff on duty during early morning. I jumped the wall to go for a morning walk. overall lot of scope for improvement. \rPS: be sure to take a walk in JP park nearby and musical fountain open on weekends. location is convenient, accessible from railway station and a nice park for morning walk nearby. tidy room. value for money."

"I stayed here for eight days and following is my opnion. Only the outer outlook of this hotel is good and nothing else. Rooms are congusted and prices are on higher side. Further cons are listed below. Cons: 1) Not very spacious rooms. 2) In room dining facility is pathetic. Very less option to choose from. 3) Room service is pathetic again. You may have to call several times for a towell and even then it is not guaranteed that you will get one. You may be presented with a lame excuse that laundry people didn't show up today 4) Never give anything in their laundry service for your clothes may be returned in a condition worse than you gave. It may be unusable henceforth. 5) If your plan changes and you decide to go one day early forget it. Receptionist will straight away refuse it and you will have to call customer care to sort it out. 6) You will be asked to not to leave the hotel after 10 pm saying that the locality is not good. They may also threaten you to pass a complain to the manager if you do so. Overall our stay was most unpleasant possible."

We where charged extra Rs 500/day for a third person even though it said included on MMT booking page. You have to pay the charge at the hotel and the FabHotel people will refund the amount in your bank account. But it's a hassle as I got my money back after 10 days of follow up. The rooms are neatly maintained and are clean. The staff is also courteous. The included breakfast was surprisingly good. For almost 2000/- for a AC room with breakfast, I wont call it value for money mainly because of the location(which is far from the main attractions of Bangalore). "I visited Bangalore in the month of June 2017. That was a holiday trip. I booked my stay at the fab hotel RMV through online. The destination was good to visit. The location was easy to reach and convenient for me. The hotel was near to the market and main road so convenient for public transport. The Yashwantpur railway station was near to the hotel so I booked my stay in this hotel. The reception staff was helpful and polite but they were not available all the time. The exterior was normal like a residential building. The interior of the hotel was good. I booked a standard deluxe room. The clean well maintained well arranged. There was no hot water problem. The dish TV connection was there so all the channels can see. They didnt disturb me. I reached the hotel by public transport. The best way to reach the hotel was public transport. The parking was not available and the way to go to the hotel was too small. The four-wheelers cant go till the hotel. There was a travel desk lift in the hotel."

"FabHotels took a long time to confirm my booking after making payment. It 2 weeks for them to confirm and that too just 1 day before my stay at the hotel was to start. First the online payment link they sent via email was not working, then I requested for their bank account to do a bank to bank transfer. I made the transfer for the full booking amount the day after booking. After that, the experience of following up and not getting proper response was unexpected in this day and age, although to their credit, every one of my calls was answered by a customer support person, they were simply not able to confirm my booking over the call. That one positive doesn't diminish the fact that I will think several times before booking a FabHotel again. The hotel was value for money, rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was also good for the purpose of our visit to Bangalore. Breakfast included was quite nice as well. Staff were all courteous and helpful."

"I traveled to Bangalore in the month of July 2017 on a business trip with my colleagues. The hotel location was very good as it was nearby to my required places. I had been to this place for an event (exhibition). It was easily accessible to all the places. Limited parking space was there. We traveled by cab. The appearance was just average with the simple looks. The front desk was good in behaving with us. The booking process was correctly done and they were very cooperative and friendly in nature. Rooms were very good with the cleanliness. The bathrooms were also very clean. It was well maintained with all the basic amenities. The room service was good and helpful. The foods were good in taste. But there were only limited menu food items like idli and vada. I took breakfast in the morning which was OK in taste and quality. There were no fun activities in that hotel. There was lift facility. The overall service was good and satisfactory."

The Front Office staffs were friendly. The hotel service was on time. There was a travel desk facility but I have used the Ola cab. I have booked a deluxe room. "What i did not like (dealbreaker) 1) There was no hot water on both days. The water was just "not cold". It was not even lukewarm. 2)The house keeping guys were moving chairs or some furniture continuously till 1 am in the night and i could not sleep at all. and there was no ceiling fan which could drown out the sound 3)There was no balcony in the room and no chair and no ceiling fan. so i could not dry my towel. at least a chair would have helped 4) There was a cockroach on my bed when i came back at night to sleep 5) Washbasin was not properly cleaned. there was some much lying in the basin and water was not draining out fast What i liked 1) Generally the bed and linen were clean and comfortable 2) Room was otherwise clean what i would have liked but not a dealbreaker 1) A soap and a towel in the room"

"It was a official purpose along with my colleagues. It was in the month of July 2017. As for location it was walking distance to my work place and market place was nearby and railway station was also close by. The food I did not like and they did not serve well and we had in restaurant. They had lift facility. The overall look I liked it as first impression is best impression. There was no pick up and drop facility. The service was very delayed and room was not clean they did very late I have stayed in many FAB hotel but this was not up to the mark. They were not proper organized. My suggestion is to improve the service. They can stay it a very good hotel for others."

"You have a pathetic call centre and an even worse accounts section. Despite my paying for 2 rooms for 2 days 48 hours in advance, I was continuously harassed by your staff stating that they had not received payment confirmation. More than 5 calls to your call centre only resulted in my calls being put on hold for 8 to 10 minutes after which the lady would promise to revert within 15 minutes- and that was the end of it. Finally at 7.30 pm on the 1st day I was supposed to stay there, someone from your call centre informed me that they had managed to locate my payment details. By which time I had checked in to Taj Vivanta Yeshwantpur."

Location wise it's well placed about 3.5km from Yeshwantpur Railway Station and just takes barely 10 mins to reach ( but fab hotel website gives wrong info saying it's only 1 km which is actually not). This is not for those who want to stay here for leisure, for families it's OK only if you are on a transit stay and not suitable for long stay. Yes this hotel is thumbs up and will come as 10/10 if you are on a quick official trip, want to cut down cost and have work around this place."

"eˆ‰ We got stuck in the elevator at ground floor and no one helped us. When asked the receptionist why he didn't helped, he said he was having another call. They overcharged us 1000 rupies more for the airport taxi pick-up. They were expecting tips always. The bed sheets were dirty and there were hairs on the floor. The photos of the location don't represent reality, is in a periferal neighborhood with a lot of traffic. The location is in a secondary small street. eˆ‡ The room and bathroom are comfortable to use, even though they were a bit dirty. There were many tuc-tucs available near for going to the center."
