I was very disappointed by how the hotel handled the pest-control smell. The odor was overwhelming, caused coughing, and remained even after we were moved to different rooms. The lack of empathy from the staff and the refusal to issue a refund made the experience even worse.
The chemical smell after the hotel’s pest-control treatment was extremely strong and made the room uncomfortable to stay in. After changing rooms twice within an hour, the odor was still present. The hotel should address this issue and provide a fair refund for guests who had to leave
