1 AverageIt was my first worst experience in life, which i got at the fabhotel in bangalore. the staff was so rude and drunk. i checked into the hotel at 1.30 am, and they allocated room number 501, where the condition was not proper, with no hot water, no dustbin, and no intercom to contact the staff. most of their stuff was drunk, and their one staff member and drunk manager came at 2.30 am and asked me to pay money immediately and used abusive words. breakfast was not there before 10 a.m. as per the information received by their reception staff.Zubair Ahmed Qureshi, 2 Dec

1 AverageAbsolutely pathetic hotel with unprofessional and untrained staff. during the stay lights went off for more than 25 minutes twice in the night. staff ringing the bells every now and then for absolutely no reason. tv not working. booking was with breakfast included but they dont have restaurant and breakfast is not available. after arguing they arranged some snacks from outside. only positive is location which is near to koramangala food street.Aravind, 18 Nov

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 29 Sep
