You can make the judgement. 1. i had reserved in sn residency which is 400m from the marriage mandapam. i had paid ₹929 as advance as well. but it was cancelled & hotel didn't give me proper response & i was asked to contact fab hotels. i called fab hotels customer care number, representative said she will check and revert. she came back after 5 mins and said " due to some technical issues, they can't provide there but will give a room near by at same price , else my advance amount can be refunded*. pavithra editions is 6kms from.marriage mandapam. i incurred additional costs for cab service in pavithra editions, though check-in time is 12pm, i reached venue by 3om but the room was not ready. they had sweeped, mopped , cleaned, changed the bed spreads z cleaned the toilet in front of me all made me wait upto 20 mins. no apologies but was told it will be ready in 5 mins. the room spray was too overpowering and gave uneasy feel. will never ever choose fab hotels henceforth.

There is no ac in the room but iam booking included ac cheating return amout

I had a very bad experience.rooms were dirty, there was no ac, bathroom lock was broken, no handwash was present inthe bathroom. rooms very very tiny.we had paid for the breakfast.in our booking breakfast was included and still we didn't get breakfast as the hotel staff said they don't provide breakfast overall is was a pathetic experience.i don't recommend it.

An extremely unhappy experience here. an important reminder to people who book here, remember to get everything written and take photos of it. everything in words, no of rooms, room type, room with ac, rooms with ac and remote etc. if possible don't visit here, you'll regret your stay experience. in detail info. had spoken to the owner, booked a few rooms and paid advance, one day before had to deal with another person. had an unfortunate experience of dealing with someone named sanjay here, he was one of the rudest and unprofessional host i/our guests had met. we had booked ac rooms, we went and saw ac rooms and selected the rooms too. paid advance, one day before mr.sanjay says that those are non ac rooms, we were shocked, later he says, we showed you ac rooms but we won't give remote or you have to pay more!? later said, the price of the room increased because we were in need of it. he said it's 1800 then 1500, later said 1person staying is 1300, two people staying in a room . luckily the owner helped out and resolved it. in short, this place has the worst management people youd meet. if you have no other option, stay under a tree rather than with the exploitative staff. mr. sanjay, hopefully you learn to be kind/sensible to others instead of being an arrogant prick.
