Poorly lit hotel. Poorly maintained. Broken fixtures. No response on customer care number. No support given to changes or modifications of booking. Overall not so good experience. Never again. PS: after this review, they gave a phone number below, which is non responsive anyway.

Very bad experience from the start. Even though the check-in time was clearly mentioned at the time of booking, the room was not ready when we arrived.
