Very bad experience, when we checked in the bed sheets was very dirty, we asked them to change it. there was no power backup. whole night and in morning there was no light in the hotel. we asked them they say abhi kuch nhi ho payega. we had to left the hotel by 7 in the morning, we take bath in cold water in the light of mobile torch and get our stuff packed with mobile light only. our breakfast was also included which they said our kitchen will open by 8 and after 10 am only we can provide you the breakfast. and in breakfast they will provide only tea and bread. we checked out the hotel without having breakfast coz we have to leave for naina devi, chintpurni, jwala ji darshan. there are no restaurant around it, when we asked them for the dinner they were chargeing huge and saying will provide in 2 hours. they charged full amount but zero service. also very rude behaviour of the staff. we have checked the register of their they provide hotel to localities on hourly basis. the location of the hotel on site is wrong, we searched it almost an hour. no contact number of hotel is updated anywhere. if you are planning to book a room here please do it on your own risk.

Really disappointed from fab hotel. eveb after complaining to customer care no solution was provuded. very distant location, unprofessional staff, and cheap hotel. noisy environment people were shouting in corridors un night. cheap hotel not family friendly, it is one of hook up kind of hotel. unable to sleep during night, very aftraid if the environment. seriously it was very hard to spend two nights. it was very hard and terrible to stay there. finally we are safe at our home. first and last booking on fab hotel.

We visited in summers and there were very frequent power outages in the area. the staff refused to turn on the power backup stating that it costs them a lot of money. we couldn't sleep well either night.

Everything was good but no ro water is provided in hotel we have to buy only water bottles for 30rs each

I highly recommend not to go to this hotel at all. they made us wait for more than 2 hours while checking in. and even after 2 hours they asked us to wait in a small room while they provide us our room. and at last they provided us a room after 6 hours. however the rooms were very nice but the staff was terribly rude. we waited for 6 hours. and i was like are you even serious. they actually gave the rooms to the people who came on the hourly basis.
