Worst frontdesk manager. Uses abusive words with customers. Pathetic rooms. Cockroaches, rotten blankets, rusted accessories in washroom, doors will never lock, no parking, service staff are nonsense.

I stayed in 401 room .. smelly sheets.. Dirty tap water/ no phone to call reception/ no kitchen / tap water is low/ no AC remote … I could able to park my car that is the good thing happened..
