They didn't provide me breakfast till 8. I had to cancel breakfast. For that they just refunded me 200. Bathroom latch was not working. Wifi tripping constantly. Cups and tumblers were not clean.

No cleaning of rooms, I was told to wash dishes myself, this was the weirdest thing I headed in life. Over all a horrific experience. Will write this on other platforms like MMT as well.

The staff were very courteous They were very supportive for all the needs and eager to help Few staff members were Odia and were able to also speak and communicate comfortably in Bengali Very helpful
