The room 101 where i stayed has no handke for cold water n bathroom, even tap aaltrached to faucet was missing handle. Cold water was flow was controlled by shower tap valve and since cold water is always on, hot water was not there. Worst experience
Was not allowed to checkin 1 hour before 12 noon even though rooms were available. What revenue would it have generated for you? Atleast u would have had a satisfied customer. customers have lots of options now, pls be flexible on ur policies or lose out to competition. Sheets were not clean
