I had a highly unpleasant experience during my stay. the hotel felt more like a shady hangout than a proper lodging facility. i found an open water bottle in the room, and the kitchen area was full of alcohol bottles, which was extremely unhygienic and unprofessional. while i was away for work, the staff entered my room, disturbed my bedding, and tampered with my belongings — completely unacceptable behavior. the staff lacked basic manners and were untrained in how to interact with guests. additionally, it seems like the property is managed by multiple people, and once you book — especially through platforms like fab hotels — you’re on your own. they stop responding after payment, and there’s zero accountability. most importantly, there is no sense of security, especially for women. i strongly advise against staying here. this was one of the worst hotel experiences i’ve ever had.

Room was fine but no facility of tea and breakfast before 8.30 am. location is also not good roads are broken. i asked for water and extra towel and it was not given on first day... we both use 1 towel. water is provided on next day morning. i had tea only in hotel which was also not upto the mark. not recommended at all. hotel has no family kind of stay vibes.

Restaurant staff. very friendly and helpful. we had a good night sleep after a long flight. great wifi. we had a short stay, leaving early in the morning.
