It's the worst experience ever.. room are very bad the used one piece of used saree as window curtain.. bad smell, ugly washroom... we run away from there.....

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

When i reach hotel receptionist over there said you don’t have any reservations then i showed him my booking. then he very rudely said go and sit over there. he was very rude and was not giving me room i booked there for 2 days and they said we dont have any rooms for you and then he said he will give me room after 4 hours their service was disgusting and i already paid them full money, and he was asking for extra money. terrible experience ever

The room was really bad and the bathroom was really pathetic. the mattress was not at all comfortable and bedding was really dirty. the garbage was rotting in the hotel and had an awful odour. the bathroom floor was dirty and the most of the amenities had rust on it.
