The hotel manager wife's comment was another thing. I heard her grumbling something against us, thinking we don't understand Hindi! I hope Fabexpress will look into it. "It should be called SAD Experience. There was nothing good about this stay. The toilet seat was dirty. I keep my own loo cleaner myslef. Day 1 water ran out in the evening. I had to tell the staff to fill water. Day 1 night and all of Day 2 till evening there was no cold water. They called a plubmer and it took all day to fix. There was no AC remote. Apparently controlled automatically. How is one supposed to switch the ac on or off at will? Had to get up middle of the night to switch it off manually. This is GOA the ac cannot be climate controlled sometimes is hot sometimes its too cold. The staff was poor. My house help is better. The bed was the worst. Overall complete waste of money! Dont stay here unless you want to feel depressed. I had a 2 night booking. I did not even spend the 2nd night it was that bad. I checkout of the place by the second evening. Real waste of money. As i said. Not FAB express. Its SAD express. Go in happy come out sad."
