I booked the family room well in advance. Place loooked clean when we arrived.But there where small cockroches moving around the place at night. No tissues, kettle , tea bags and water...we had to ask for all these , rather it had to be in the room.No body came to clean the room in our 3 days stay ...read more
They are frauds, dont pay any amount for booking conformation. In my case just after paying booking confirmations amount they cancelled my booking siting that the property is under management and cannot accommodate me. When asked for refund they are not responding.
