"The AC was not working. Asked staff and he came after many phone calls.I had to personally go to reception and ask him to come. He lowered the temperature but looked like AC was broken. Gave up as it was already 12:00. The most hilarious thing was that they told that there would be a buffet in breakfast but it was only bread pakora with tea in a basement room, where not even a single fan was there."
