Terrible experience. i had booked the room including breakfast but i didn't get it. handwash was also not available in the washroom. bed linen was not clean and wifi was also not available

Very friendly staff esp at checkin & restaurant. could not have been more helpful. excellent rooms which were very spacious. great housekeeping. outstanding in all respects. quiet retreat away from the hustle & bustle of city.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
