I have booked throu Make my trip but receptionist not accepted that amount the i had called make my trip customer care then they have added amount to hotel bill then they have accepted check in i have waited more then 1.hour,they have not responded very worst experience….
The main thing is behaviour, with our 2 yr old in our hands at midnight. Staff was so shrewd and didn't let us go to the room even when the child is crying repeatedly. Pathetic service , pathetic staff Horrible experience.
