We had booked 20 rooms on 4.8.25 till 8.9.25. Highly disappointed with the service provided by your staff and the management, Airconditoner and Geezer didn't work properly. Water seepage in some of the rooms. Rude behavior by the hotel staff. Blunt NO was the answer for everything.
