It was a terrible experience , manager was rude not provided breakfast at time , even after complaining he was saying we already informed the company and not even try to listen us , please provide better hotel than this next time

Wonderful hotel in a great location, with superb a breakfast. staff also very helpful. it was a good stay! the food was excellent and the staff superb! there was a staff member who was particularly helpful, accommodating and shared his knowledge about indore with me . he assisted the front desk and also carried our luggage to our room.good hospitality. enjoyed my stay at your hotel. last but not least the ambiance of the hotel was very positive.

Room allocated was beside the reception, room wasn't ready when arrived. had to wait. there is fixed set of people managing the property 24x7 which is a serious security concern. ( there was some guest mistaken my room as his and was trying to open in midnight at 2 am). there was a family around the room and the kid was noisy, banging my room door quite often. tv & ac remote battery are low. overall bad experience.
