Everything was an issue over there from starting till end

The rooms are completly different from the online pics on fab hotel website. no hygeine in the hotel room, and lobby. bedsheet, pillowcover and blankets are dirty and very old. stains on bedsheet and towel. the tv and ac was not functioning. called and asked the staff to fix the tv and ac but even after asking 4-5 times nothing happened. the ro water machine was not functioning, saw them bringing water from a communal water htank opposite to the hotel. the behaviour of the hotel staff was very unprofessionol, no ventilation in the rooms, and some rooms were smelling full of smoke. worst experience with fab hotel room.

Room was in condition as if staff never bothered to clean. linens don't expect to be fresh. tv not working. no amenities in room like water kettle, drinking water etc. its charged extra. location is far off the sightseeings. washroom dirty, lights dimm and dusty. staff was supporting, just that the management need to take care of services. over priced if above 1100 per night.

Door was not getting lock it was a very small room of size 10"×10" , electrical wiring were damged , there ho no water geezer in the bathroom , staff was so rude ,they charged. me extra 300rs for early checkin as i reached there @ 11:30am they asked me if you want room now so you have to pay 300rs for early checkin this was my first booking with the feb hotels and my experience with the feb hotels is very bad because of these reason i checked out in the morning 5am bcus i was not feeling comfortable in that particular 105 room. i kindly request you to refund my money.

The room was clean. the surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. location is perfect if anyone wants to visit jaipur in its full pride. perfect location, where everything is less than 10km's away.
