LAST WEEK STAYED IN THIS HOTEL, AND, WORST EXPERIENCES FACED. MOST DISAPPOINTING AMENITIES, AS AGAINST OFFERED IN WEBSITE. ROOM WAS CHANGED, BUT ANOTHER ROOM WAS WORST THEN EARLIER. They took a pretty decent amount but the rooms and the basic amities are not in place. Washrooms are not clean the bucket and the jug was broken. Water supply is not up to mark. Gyser is nit working. Mattress are not clean. The basic tea and coffee is like hot water. On in on bery poor
Had to suffer in night at 1 am due to check in denial. Despite informing the check in time and getting a confirmation after paying full amount well in advance, it was told that no booking had been received. Totally unprofessional.
