1 AverageI booked a room in the hotel for 14 december 2019. breakfast was also included in that booking . due to late running of train, i reached the hotel at 1:10am . this information for late coming was already shared in the evening to hotelier. in spite of this the room was not ready upto upto 2:00 am. they asked me to wait for 15 minutes, but they took 40-50 minutes to prepare the room. not only this i requested the hotelier to serve my breakfast latest upto 8:30 am, because i had to appear at an exam at 9:30.he told me the timing of breakfast is from 7:30 to 9:30am. in the morning i made a several calls to him and relationship officer as well for the breakfast but all in vain. i checked out the hotel at 8:35 am without breakfast as the same was not provided to me by hotelier. i am cheated by this booking. i am a frequent traveller and i always prefer the fabhotel , but this time a cheating has been done with me.Ajaykumar , 14 Dec

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 26 Jul
