5 FabulousRoom has a good view outside with a hot water facility.silent place to relax ourselves except the way to hotel which is too sloppy and short(but if u r well exp driver its easy)...breakfast was good which is like a homemade taste (dont expect much it will be idly/small uthappam or idly/bread)....moreover if you want to have a good view with a balcony you can try.but for lunch/dinner you need to come for 500-700m down the sloppy road which you feel hard. for 2k its worth with a decent room size and amenities (dont keep more expectations )Aravindhan Aravindhan, 10 Jul

5 FabulousTerrible experience. no restaurant and rooms are not maintained well. no continuous water supply. it's situated in a streep hill a person who has less experience in hilly region driving has to seek some expert driver to take the car up.or else guest has to claim up. complimentary breakfast is the worst food without tea or coffee. in rooms no toothpaste, cold cream, tooth brush etc., all busy has to buy. totally this hotel is maintained by unprofessional staffs and inexperienced guys. better not to opt this hotel.Chandra Kumar, 27 Dec

2.7 AverageWhat was good : rooms view what was bad : staff is pathetic, lunch or dinner preparation takes around 2 hours and require atleast 5 follow ups, luggage u need to carry yourself as staff doesn't care about it even u need to carry luggage for around 50-70 stairs. billing took more than 3 hours. in short staff is too lazy and not caring. no ac even it is mentioned in booking facilities when asked for room heater considering cold staff mentioned we need to get from outside and will be charged with 400 rs per day.Gaurav From India, 2 Sep

4 Very GoodEverything was good except these guys have tied up with a local cabbie called kumaran cabs. complete fraudsters, the cabbie took us to places where he would get commission. so, we did not buy anything from there but enquired the rates. another day we checked out things in the market, everything was cheap and good quality products were available. would advise travellers to be careful from such fraudsters.Shubhalaxmi, 1 Nov
