1 AverageWorst hotel and unstafe, all fake pictures by the owner. they turned a small multi layer home into the hotel. we had a very bad experience with family having old people and kids. we saw a picture and reviews on google and booked the hotel. even a few reviews are also fake. so please never ever go to this hotel. the hotel owner and staff are very rude and seeking money from the customers. very small room, nothing is working ac, fan nothing.Pooja Pandey, 6 May

4 Very GoodWe stayed here to attend marriage in family on 17th april 2018 and were impressed with front desk team who go out of way to extend help. well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. we certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.Ravi Singh, 26 Apr

1 AverageI had the worst experience in my whole life here. the manager held me hostage inside the hotel and wouldn't allow me to leave and claimed i broke the bathroom door frame in the room and demanded money, 2500r extra. i was literally physically locked inside with padlock and he turned the elevator off from the main switch. also the hot water wasn't working, cold water barely flowed, and there were ants in my bed. there was a massive puddle of water in the bathroom that just didn't flow away and there wasn't even a squeegee to clean it up. manager refused to give me any sort of discount and demanaded me to pay the full price. when i refused to let him scam me he became angry and agressive and claimed i broke something in the room and demanded payment. the manager he is a cheating, lying, scammer. stay away otherwise your life will be in danger here.Andrew Baky, 8 Mar

1 AverageInitial interaction was good. but below are the cons. cons: room is too small in size. bed is too small. i was not able to adjust in that my feet were not fitting. biggest problem when i was doing chek out the receptionist told me there is broken soap dispenser(bootle handwash) and he wanted to blame that on me and take money because i had already paid for the room so he came up with this idea to fetch money . i am seeing an old review where i was staying in the same room and same comment they have also mentioned. i told him it was already broken. he knew that so he didn't say anything. i will not suggest to go there.Suman Biswas, 20 Feb
