Fraud company. Accepting bookings even when rooms are not available. They charge the money prior and doesn’t refund the money after not providing rooms. Total harassment for customers. Very bad experience, very hard to find the room. Almost took 2 hours just to find hotel. Hotel was not ready even after reaching at 8pm. Very dirty rooms and bed sheets. When asked to change they said these are food stains it will be like that.
