They are totally fraud. It was a pre booking, but still they made us pay at the check in time. When we are asking for money back they aren't giving. Even the service was not good, torn bed sheets, no supplements were there in washroom.
It's only good if u wanna stay near the convention place. Mind u it's surrounded by pubs n cafe so it's always noisy.
You can't sleep at night due to high noise at Hukka bar which is on 2nd floor of the hotel. TV not working. Rooms are small.
