1 AverageThis is my first time when i have booked fab hotels and i believe this would be the last time too. rooms were such pathetic...no dusting, no clean bedsheets n pillow covers... small hairs were there on bed and sticked with the quilt.... i myself have to cleaned the bed before using it....apart from this dust was every where all around i.e. on the dressing table, on the center table and on the floor.... while checking out from hotel when i complained the receptionist then he told me it was not like that and the room was not used for 3-4days....if this is how the service is being provided to the customers then it's a big no from my end.... shower was also not working properly (no hot water was available). also no breakfast was given during my stay and when i questioned him, he told me that you yourself have to ask for the breakfast else we don't ask. i don't know what kind of hotel is this.... i'm not going to recommend this hotel to anyone... in the same price range i have got a 100times far better hotel in oyo.... i believe you really need to improve your services else you reputation is going to degrade soon... i even clicked some pictures but can't attach here....Sukhbir Sukhbir, 8 Mar

5 FabulousLoved my stay in this hotel. staff to service everything was very well managed. during checkin the rooms were handed over to us quickly. if you are eating out and just want a comfortable stay including breakfast then this hotel is highly recommended.Manas Raj, 15 Oct

5 FabulousWe arrived all the way from shimla. we get a smooth check-in. room is already sanitized and mineral water is already at the desk of the room.after check-in we are going for shopping in which front desk person helps to book a cab. and we have a early morning flight so the front desk boy helps us to book a cab early 4.30am in the morning. he drops us at the hotel parking and wait for the cab is arrived. thanks alot for the corporation and hope we didn't trouble you alot.M Rajesh, 21 Oct
