I had done booking via Fab hotels but at reception they denied upon the booking while I had paid the pre booking amount and had to pay 2x amount

Rooms were not upto the mark as given In photos. Though we booked premium rooms but were still damp, walls plaster torned out, beds not clean. Could have been better

Overall experience was good but just a small request kindly do improvement in housekeeping as we found cockroach in the washroom and washroom was also not cleaned properly. Apart from these staff are well behaved and good service.
