I have never shared any review on hotel stay on any travel assistance portal bur was compelled to review this for my sheer disappointment. we booked this hotel for 6 people but got one extra person at the last moment. we paid for that extra person. the staff adjusted 3 people on the 2 occupancy bed which was too uncomfortable. we requested for 3bed rooms plus one extra mattress for our extra member but they keep on insisting that this all they have. the extra blankets were too dirty. there was hot water supply from 7-10 in the morning. no room geysers, room heaters at extra cost. no proper breakfast. they were erving different items to different guests and when we aksed for discrimination they didnt have any proper answer. i would never want any family to visit this hotel. and my first fab hotel booked hotel is tramautic. will never recommend this to anyone

1)no proper contact number provided before stay for convenience. 2)no coordination between reception and restaurant. 3) accepting all orders and then after half an hour letting us know they don't have it in kitchen. 4)taking 1-1.5 hrs to bring food giving excuse of unavailability of staff due holi. 5) negative ratings will fit in for both hotel and fab customer service. had to call 9 times to get genuine contact number of am. 6) both night did not provide proper complete food due unavailability of items and giving reasons.
