1 AverageTerrible linen....itbwas all dusty and spotty under the blanket....saw that late night so couldnt get it changes....i had booked for 3 people and when we asked for blanket for the 3rd person it wasnt available...inhad to sleep with a livht bedsheet in decembers cold weather.... on complaining about the same in the orning we got a very unapologetic response which i dont appreciate. breakfast was horrible and extremely limited...had to ask for eggs and butter ...... and we got it post argumenting with the staff....one staff member is a good guy poor guy cant speak hence had limitations in explaining our need but he tried to help as much as he could. i qas traveling with my 2 year old kid who was a bit more crancky than usual....and thanks to the owner he reminded me numerous times that y son cries....they should mention online thats kids are not welcome in the so caled hotel rooms are big but not kid friendly....bed cot and tables have sharp edges and you have to carefull full time with kids overall hated the experience and wont opt for a fab hotel ever againAvanti, 2 Jan

5 FabulousMain advantage of this hotel is we are getting extra area like holl for sitting!!! hall is nicely decorated .very nice and helping staff. breakfast was good!!! fruit is given in breakfast!!! we got welcome drink!!! i had been visited so many times to this hotel recently only name got changed!!! but nicely managed by staff!!!i will definitely visit this hotel again!!!Shreya, 15 Dec

5 FabulousThis is a really nice place,i can tell since i'm a regular customer here. the staff is really helpful, rooms are comfortable and clean it is the same with bathrooms as well. the complementary breakfast is just a cherry on top. though the location is a bit far off,it is well connected. overall the stay here is always great!Bangali, 17 Dec

3 GoodNot a value for money!!! no hot water in bathrooms and have to wait for 1 hour for buckets of hot water for 5 of us. prapul the caretaker is good and breakfast poha, bread and tea ok.no mug at washrooms. bedsheets were not changed in one out of the 2 rooms booked , pillows were dirty.. toilets clean!!!Sara Vanan, 14 Dec
