    "Few points on experience: 1) Initially gave room on 1st floor which was completely different from what is being shown in picture. After much discussion it got changed to 4th floor but the room was still bad. Basic services like a single water.bottle was not available, no dental kit. Had to pay 30 RS every day to get 1 lt bottle. There were mosquitoes everywhere in the room. All in all the hotel guys are cheaters and I would never spend a penny to stay in such a hotel. Horrible experience"

    "Terrible experience wont recommend to anyone the staff is least comparative they just try to charge you extra with various kind of excuses they are so rigid and dont understand your situation. I asked for 1 hour late check out as I was there for some work and they said you have to pay 500-1000 and if 1 hour exceed they will charge full day charge. Definitely not worth the price. They dont provide soap and towels. Linen was not washed properly, washroom was not properly clean, AC was not working and the place has mosquitoes issue"

    "Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

    "Staffs were very rude, impolite and ill mannered. After 11 am, they started calling me to move out of the room. Finally, I checked out at 11:30 am and for half an hour delay in checkout, they demanded payment of one full day. After lot of arguments, I called Fabexpress customer care, the receptionist finally agreed to charge 30% of full day payment ie Rs 400. For only 30 minutes delay in checkout, the hotel staff created so much hue and cry and finally I had to pay Rs 400 extra. Very ill mannered staff. I wont recommend this terrible hotel to anybody. There are other nearby Fabexpress hotels which provide much better accommodation experience which one can try."

You will find hairs on pillow, dirty pillows and bedsheets ( with holes in it due to smoking) , walls dirty, foul smell from AC , dirty doormats outside washroom , washroom basin water fell directly on the ground! This is the room i got after i requested room change .the previously given room was even worse . Worst experience ever ! There is no branding of Fabhotel as well. Makes me wonder whether fabhotel does any kind of checks . Dont fall for the photos when it comes to fabhotels. Seems like a scam !"
