Made reservations by calling the central reservation, however the reservation was not made. And dealing such issue with Receptionist Pratap is a nightmare.... He is so arrogant, rude and unhelpful. He also mentioned that Fabhotel gives booking only and no staff from the company sits there. Risky.......
