The room service team didnt cleaned and he offered us the room .We again asked him kept us waiting and offered room again.As we were too tired we had to wait.This behaviour of your team was not at all acceptable.Such a worst service I encountered this time.Your team needs to work on communication skills and should work on customer service skills."
