We had a great experience at the hotel. Shalu was very helpful and guided us really well throughout our stay. She was polite, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, the service was excellent and we truly appreciate her support. Highly recommended!

They charge extra money if get late for 15 min in checkout. Reception behaviour is also not good. Hotel service and rooms are not clear. 0 customer satisfaction for their service. Never visit there.
