Terrible experience. Rooms were not cleaned properly, and the service was disappointing. I was only a few minutes late for checkout, yet they charged me for 1 extra days. Staff behavior made it even worse.
Cleaning was not done properly at all. The checkout time was 11 AM, and for being just 2–5 minutes late, they charged for 1 extra days, which is completely unfair. The service was also not good, and the staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Extremely disappointing stay. Hygiene was not maintained, service was below average, and staff was rude. Being charged for 1 extra days just for a minor delay at checkout is completely unreasonable.
