4 Very GoodI was earlier noida residents and had my adhaar of noida. i shifted to hyderabad and had my election id, when i came to noida for one day they are not accepting. it was good that my election card was of hyderabad otherwise these guys would have made you run to find another hotel. now pl. check the room, the air conditioner is cooling or not. when they provided me the room-33 even after 30 minutes the air conditioning didn't work. we asked them to shift us. they said they don't have. we asked for payment back. then they provided another room which was - 37 with good decency and spaces with cooling ac. breakfast is ok to fill stomach. since it is build in colony it is difficult to identify as nothing is mentioned on the building. fabhotel should start updating the correct photos of the rooms and also maintenance should be taken on urgent basis. red ants were there in bathroom so maintenance is must.Akhil Mishra, 19 Apr

3 GoodLocation is very good. staff very friendly. clean room. but there is a big problem with this property. after work when i arrived back in evening, outside my room in the lobby i found around 6 ppl sitting there, drinking and smoking. this is so bad. when i asked staff about that, he said that’s not in their control. so if a person is coming with his family, this place is not suitable at all. this incident is of 18th october and i already reported about this to staff. this need to be sorted.Pankaj Surana, 19 Oct

2 AverageThe photos shown on portal and the room size contradictory. room too small for the price paid. no ventilation at all. suffocating environment. toilets do not have soap dish. wifi not at all working. the main aspect that the property doe not have lift/elevator facility. so everytime to climb 2 or 3 floors very tiring , especially when you are out in the field for the whole day and drained out.staff excellent. breakfast very nice.Prasad Sapre, 27 Jul

2 Average1. there was certain foul smell in the toilet. 2. breakfast not really good... only one item available. 3. no room service after 10am.. basically no lunch and dinner... stay on your on. 4. linen was clean.. 5. very dim lights in the toilet.. 6. this is basically a guest house and not a hotel.. all property in noida are like this only.. 7. not woth the pricd paid... this is bsically bed and breakfast type accomodation.Amit Kumar, 29 Nov
