FabHotel Harmony

No-one should ever face the kind of service i have received on my recent stay in fabhotel harmony (prayagraj), never have i ever stayed in a hotel as bad as this. i am going to post the pictures of the room i was promised vs what i have received. here are the cons: 1. the walls of the room have marks of spit and paan. 2. walls have reptiles. 3. no wardrobe (app says it's present) 4. no furniture, not even a chair to sit. 5. app says it has lift, however it js not present. 6. room is full of mosquitoes and totally unhygienic. 7. spider webs in room. 8. bathroom so small that no space for a single person also 9. a single tubelight, that's it. 10. when asked for an all-out, the one they gave had it's carbon rod broken. 11. no fab amenities provided. 12. ac rooms, yet open ventilation window. 13. ac stopped working at night, had to switch room at midnight and the new room did not had attached washroom. 14. the door mar outside the bathroom had a pungent smell throughout which filled the room and made it unbearable. and while i faced all of this and called @fabhotels support, the executive named javed kept me on hold on-and-off for almost half an hour just to say at the end 'sir aap hi bataiye mai kya kar sakta hu'. this service by fab has ruined my entire family vacation. this has been the shittiest service so far, both by the hotel staff and by fab support executive. the bed sheets have never been cleaned and have dirt marks. the list goes on and on. with such service, @fabhotels is soon to go down and bound to fail. never, never ever make a reservation here is what i would suggest!! not even cheap lodges have such rooms.

It was perfect i love the way you guys take extra efforts to keep the cleanliness, the entire stay was so peaceful and amazing i was there for a two days rejuvenating energy time as my profession demands me to be at a go.

Very courteous behaviour of the staff, cleanliness of the property, air-conditioning, overall feel good ambience.

Friendly staff, lovely clean room, excellent location, highly recommeded

Starting from the check in until check out everything was so hassle free n comfy.
