Very bad experience in (february-2025) – avoid this hotel! i had a terrible experience with this oyo booking. when i reached the hotel, the property owner demanded an extra ₹800. i called oyo customer service, but they said customers have to pay extra charges, which was very disappointing. the issues with the room were endless: 1. tv not working – the recharge was unpaid. 2. bathroom door not locking – no privacy. 3. very small room – not as shown in the pictures. 4. broken furniture – everything looked damaged. 5. no blanket provided initially – had to call multiple times to get one. 6. no towel in the room – basic amenities missing. 7. no soap provided – had to ask separately. 8. no geyser – no hot water available. i regret booking this hotel. oyo should take strict action against such properties. i do not recommend staying here!
