1 AverageWorst hotel ever, will never recommend and will never come again, - first issue with the breakfast as i checkin on 20/12/19 @ 8am amd checkout at 21/12/19 @ 4am, told to adjust my 21st breakfast to 20th breakfast as i will not be available on 21st and they started teaching their technical reason -the images shown in site and the actual room differs -hot water never comes from tap, ask the room service about it they said normal paani e garam paani hai apne idhr. so had to deal with cold water during winter. -ac doesn’t work well, it always gets cut off even you keep on 16 degree dont ever visit this hotel again advice from a mumbaikar guy came for office visit and had a terrible experienceSanjivkumar Gupta, 19 Dec

3 GoodFood ordered from hotel menu is delivered from nearby restaurant in packets closed with rubberband. no proper bowl provided to keep the food. had to request for plates. very poor quality of plates. no bowls given to take out food in. tea delivered in tiny paper cup which similar to what you get roadside. mosquitos in room. staff loitering on sofa meant for guests at lobby.Brijraj Singh, 10 Feb

5 FabulousVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Sanjeev Kumar, 24 Feb
