I had the worst experience. i’ve booked it through fab hotels customer service, they gave me for 950/- per night and i have booked it for 2 nights, while booking i told them i need early checking from 6:30am and i might extend on daily basis, they told me for early checkin it’s 400/- but it’s negotiable at hotel, and if i want to extend they will give it for same price 950/-. once i arrived they first say only 1 room is available as they haven’t been informed or was aware that i advanced booked early check in, they gave me a room which door lock is not working, there was no handle to open it and then in cupboards there are previous customers or someone else left overs which they didn’t clean, bathroom is dirty, room is dirty, when asked they said at 11am they will change me to a nice room and i can stay in this room meanwhile as there are none available, so i adjusted. then they didn’t move, i spoke to customer service, then they arranged me into a different room for which charging points are not working, no ac remote- when asked they said one of the old customer has stolen it and they didn’t get it after that and it’s like this for 5 other rooms, bathroom is dirty, i asked them to clean but still it’s dirty, i again spoke to customer service they first said they will change me to a different fab hotel or refund me but later they said area manager and hotel owner didn’t agree for refund and they won’t move me to a different hotel as well, they asked me to send pictures and i did but no response. later hotel owner started shouting at me, that why u complaining and sending pictures to company, i’m getting calls, no one stays here has problem except you like that, i showed him all the things i was having issue and bathroom door doesn’t close well, it just opens automatically, i mean it will stay open. they then changed me to a different room saying they won’t refund me and also i have to pay 1k for early checkin, i told them i have proof i have advanced booked it for 400rs, they didn’t agree. after they changed me to a 3rd room, i again was disappointed it’s not good but i was getting late for office so i had to stay in. later 2 nights i went to extend for 1 more night as i didn’t find time to find another hotel as i was so busy, they asked me to pay 1500/- per night, when i told them that customer service had agreed to extend on same price of 950/- they said u talk to them and they will let them know and they said they won’t agree, so customer service will move u to a different hotel within the agreed price, i understood he was treating me like that because of the complaint i did. later i checked in fab hotels website and booking.com, it was quoting 1k per night for the same days he said they will charge 1500/- as its weekend and weekdays they charge 1300/-. i was so frustrated and decided to check out and go to a different hotel. also amenities mentioned lift but there is no lift, and even staff didn’t help us in assisting with luggage, we had to take luggage by ourself by stairs and it was very heavy, i specifically booked lift one and confirmed with customer service before booking so there is lift facility. wifi is worst as well, it takes more than 30mins to install a app, if i want to browse something it won’t even load, it’s just worst. i had to work from hotel so i chose wifi facility hotel and customer service confirmed wifi is very good, firstly they didn’t tell me wifi password and then later when i asked them they gave details and like i said it’s worst. customer service someone called me for feedback on stay, i was telling them all of these but they didn’t care and just asked my room number and said they will note we service issue that’s it, they didn’t even try to listen what i was saying. i have attached pictures as proof, please don’t believe pictures from google, it won’t look like that at all. it’s like the worst.
