Worst hotel experience ever. The cleanliness was extremely poor, I even found dhekun (bed bugs) on the mattress, which is unacceptable. The AC and TV were not working, making the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, very unhygienic and poorly maintained. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

1. Rooms not hygienic. Cockroaches roaming everywhere. 2. Cleaners demanding money just for basic cleaning 3. Booked a room with breakfast. Got to know, no breakfast is available. No refund provided. 4. AC not working 5. Water pressure low. Overall a very poor stay. Would not recommend
