    The staff service was deficient to understand customer needs. the bed linen was unclean & fortunately the unit owner mr.babu naidu was cooperative to solve all the issues of offering a new room, to serve choice dishes and reminded his staff to offer "room utilites without fail. basic sense of customer service was utterly lacking in a reputed service provider. hope we can see improvements, if ever plan to visit fab hotels in future.

    They didnr change the bedsheet of room til we said . that also 3rd day only they changed. only on first day they gave water bottle. after that no water was provided even we were 3 guest.. they amde to slep third person on floor with extra bed which is wrong.. only one soap and 2 shampo smal satche was givrn on first day. frankly speakingnever expectd such poor service frm fab property.. i stayed in many hotels. the service was bot good. staf very nice bt hotel basic ettques they dont know.. never wl suggest anyone this hotel
