Terrible experience. Extremely dirty hotel: sheets and bed with black and yellow stains, dirty blankets, and a bad smell. I even found a spider in the bed, which is completely unacceptable. Fantastic hotel and service
Very bad experience while staying here. I would not suggest anyone to stay here. The rooms lack the basic amenities like intercom, towels etc. The service was pathetic. The morning tea was served 1&1/2 hours after being requested. Fab hotels should look into this very seriously.
