FabHotel Surya Grand I

Fab hotels is a well know brand and hence we decided to book with fab, but in this case we booked hotel surya grand in vijaywada through fab hotels . it was unfortunate that we got this property where my dad had one of his worst check in and stay expenses. though we had booked for a early check in and same day check out, the early check in was denied by the front desk staff at hotel. though we said we have done online advance payment, they were so rude and there is a way to ask for full payment before check-in. he refused my dad to even enter the property before 11 am, is this the way how to treat your customers. there is man aged 35-40 yrs in the front desk who behaves like a hitler. finally the fab hotel area manger has to be involved to solve the issue for us and the fab area manager was professional and we liked his quick resolution to the issue. but our request to fab is to thoroughly evaluate these type of surya grand type hotels before you could tie up since there was not coordination from fab with them, they did not had our reservation nor advance paid details, they are not professional , my senior citizen dad had his worst stay experience since after giving the room they purpose fully shut down the elevator , they stopped hot water supply and also the tv in the room was not working. since we raised the issue with the fab area manager, they have done all these while giving the room. highly unprofessional approach and a black mark to fab hotels for such tie ups. we trust fab hotels as a brand, request to kindly maintain your image .
