Hotel staff is very friendly but the owners are too rude and there is no ethics for customer and suddenly cancelled one room without any cause and didn’t informed properly hard experience but hotel staff supported and provided mattress

The worst of the worst hotels, no hygeine, no hospitality, everywhere mosquitoes , toilets are horrible, no hot water, no fan control, don't stay here , worst hotel in vizag. Didn't sleep because of mosquitoes.

Rooms are very worst.washrooms are very worst.bedsheets are not cleaned.AC are controlled down in reception.fan regulator not working. Not at all suitable for families. The photos shown by them are not recent one.dont trust those photos.
