1 AverageAc, ifi and tv are not working properly. the rooms are not too much which is shown in the pictures. food was not upto mark and even tea was wrost. i leave the one day before due to their worse rooms and room amenities. even there wasn't appropriate hot water facility to bath and its very difficult to do shavings in the room bathroom. even normal lodge are better than hotel rooms. it is my wrose experience of my life in this hotels. earlier i stayed manytime in the fabhotels and i experience very high quality and services there. due to this, i directly book hotel from this fabhotel app. but its level of it too much poor.Sumit, 21 Jan

4.2 Very GoodThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Shishupal Paswan, 16 May

5 FabulousVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Ekramul Haka Sk, 30 Sep
