Firstly, the location details provided was not accurate and complete on email. the actual hotel which was named there as pallavi denied that they are not fabexpress station ll. and sent us to other fab hotel, which was by the name mohan. none of them had hoardings of the name, which is on the fab official app or website. the room offered to us was in mohan hotel, was the worst it could be. the beds were dirty, looked like the bedsheet given to us was being used by someone sleeping on road side. the bathroom was so stinky that it was being used as public toilet by the whole neighbourhood. none of the hotel staff or manager helped us with anything. also, initially tossing us between the hotels denying me check-in, being a female (my wife) with me at 12 in the night and place like delhi.
