2 Average4* for room and location but everything else went bad, especially the staff. while check-in, he said the room we have booked is not available so we are upgrading the room with some extra cost so i specifically asked for the price so that check-out can be hassle free but at the time of checkout, he start arguing and said that 300-400 doesn't matter for me, i have very big business, pay whatever you want to ( i was not even arguing, i was just asking to his assistant that your boss has told me this price and you are telling me higher price). so is this the way and language, you talk to your customers. looks like i am dying for that 300-400 and you are throwing it on my face.Shubham Pandey, 7 Oct

2 AverageWe booked this hotel based on some extremely misleading reviews and photos, which were clearly fake, as the hotel did not resemble the photos and customer accounts. our room was extremely dirty and worn when we arrived - particularly the bathroom, which was filthy and falling apart. when we spoke to the manager about this, he seemed to already know, and acted like this was normal. the sheets had many holes, the walls were stained and the floor was rotten from water damage. the hotel corridors were full of overflowing trash buckets and debris. we have never stayed in a hotel so poorly kept, even for lower prices.Alexander R Berg, 12 Oct
