"Accommodation facilities provided by the hotel are fine. We was doubtful of the cleanliness of the rooms by viewing the reviews given by many, but once we checked in, the rooms were neat and clean, and not like a lot of bad comments in reviews. Amenities provided by the hotel include free wifi, tv, hot water 24*7. TV cable is a mess there. We spent 3 nights there and we hardly could spend half an hour watching TV in total. We called up the reception multiple times to fix this issue, but sadly it was not resolved. We did not opt for a complementary breakfast at the hotel. The hotel kitchen is a bit messy and management of guests at the restaurant was not up to the mark. Lack of staff to serve was a major issue found. But the quality of food was good. Overall experience staying with Hotel Abirami Grand Inn was 3.9/5."
