Very below average hotel Didn't even considered taking a picture of the place I mean I booked the place because of some govt. exam scheduled in the city and the stay was short so if you are looking for a place with somewhat similar intention... Go for it

Don't get fooled and book a good hotel. The images don't match the description and they would ask you a booking amount in advance. Rooms were not upto the mark and rent is around 1400 online. I was not satisfied with quality of rooms.

No toiletries available. Two small bar soap provided. Water clog in bathroom. No proper ventilation in room. No hangers and wardrobe has dust on it as if never cleaned in ages. Bedding is dirty pillows are dirty. No door mat outside bathroom.

Bad experience- just to get freshen up we did early check in. Booked from Mmt where early check in was complementary still they charged 30% extra amount and we had to pay for it. Very bad experience

My overall experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty and lacked proper maintenance. Essential amenities were non-functional: the electricity supply was unreliable, the geyser did not work, and there was a constant risk of electric shock when attempting to use it. Both tubelights and air conditioning units were out of order, leaving nothing operational in the room. Despite multiple complaints to the staff, no effective solutions were provided—they only assured that issues would be resolved, yet nothing changed. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to other travelers due to its poor hygiene standards and lack of responsiveness from the management.

Room is not clean. Sheets are not changed. So many COCKROACHES around. No light, no AC. Shock with geyser. No hot water. No basic hygiene. No room service to change sheets, towels or provide any water.

Rooms image present on their website and other booking portals does not match with actual. When we refused to stay, they refused to refund our advance . Staff was not at all polite, they were like mere pas apka advance nai h me kaha se du, jaha se booking ki h waha se mango. We spoke to customer care they denied. At 11 30 pm with my 2 small kids , I was standing on the road outside the hotel looking for rickshaw. The entire hotel was vacant still they were not courteous enough to offer us upgrade or ay support. If this is the way people behave in customer service, I tell you,your group has a small vision and a very small journey into it. Pathetic service , no gesture, disgusting behavior

The staff was extremely rude and kept arguing for no reason. My booking included breakfast, but they refused to give it. I even paid extra for breakfast, yet they still denied it. The room was also very dirty and not maintained properly. Staying here was a complete waste of money — I’ll never stay here again, and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
